New Hope Services offers comprehensive support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through Day Services, Residential Services, and Targeted Case Management. Our Day Services provide life skills and community activities for adults, with three support levels tailored to individual medical or social needs. Residential Services offer person-centered assistance with daily living, community integration, and medical monitoring to help individuals live independently or with roommates.

Additionally, our Targeted Case Management helps children and adults access essential medical, social, and educational services aligned with their Person-Centered Support Plans.
